Yeti Shrooms operates exclusively within the legal parameters of the Colorado Natural Medicine Health Act.

  • No Commercial Sale: We strictly adhere to the NMHA’s non-commercial provisions. Yeti Shrooms does not sell natural medicine products. Our commercial transaction is the sale of an educational Dosing Guide.
  • Provision of Product: In the spirit of harm reduction and promoting responsible personal use, we provide the corresponding natural medicine product to our customers at no cost upon the purchase of an educational guide. This product has a $0 retail value.
  • Personal Use Only: By purchasing a guide, you affirm that any provided natural medicine is for your personal consumption and is not intended for illegal sale or distribution to others.
  • Jurisdiction: Our services are provided to individuals within the State of Colorado. We do not ship products outside of the state.

2. Age Restriction & Prohibited Persons

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any educational Dosing Guide from Yeti Shrooms.

We strictly prohibit the purchase of our guides (and thus the provision of natural medicine) by:

  • Individuals under the age of 21.
  • Any person who intends to distribute, sell, or commercially traffic the product.
  • Individuals who do not reside in Colorado.
  • Pregnant or nursing women.
  • Individuals with a history of serious mental health conditions (see medical disclaimer below).

Safety & Harm Reduction Guidelines

Your safety is our priority. Natural medicine should be approached with respect and intention. Always consult the specific safety instructions in your purchased Dosing Guide.

  • Consult your doctor before using natural medicine, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medications (particularly SSRIs, MAOIs, or other psychiatric drugs), or have a family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder.

2. Set and Setting

The environment and your mindset are critical to your experience.

  • Preparation: Use natural medicine only when you are in a stable emotional and mental state.
  • Environment: Consume the product in a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment.
  • Supervision: Do not use higher doses alone. Have a trusted, sober sitter present.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Driving/Operating Machinery: Never operate a motor vehicle, heavy machinery, or engage in any dangerous activity while using natural medicine.
  • Mixing Substances: Do not mix natural medicine with alcohol, illegal drugs, or large amounts of caffeine.
  • Public Use: In Colorado, the public use of natural medicine is prohibited.

4. Dosing and Tolerance

  • Do Not Re-Dose Immediately: Wait a minimum of two hours (or the time specified in your guide) before considering any further personal use. Natural medicine effects take time to manifest.
